How do I book an office cleaning service? Using the contact section of this website you will find all of our contact details, including our phone number and email address. Drop us a line or give us a call to discuss your business’ needs and cleaning requirements.

Will I have the same cleaner every time? This may depend upon how often you require our services. If you are happy with your office cleaner then we will do our best to ensure that you have your own dedicated H&B cleaner (subject to holiday, sick leave and staff rotation).

How do I pay? Commercial cleaning, after building cleaning and end of tenancy cleaning will all be charged via invoice.
Domestic cleaning and spring cleaning are payable on the day of the clean.
All office cleaning rates will be discussed in advance.

Are H & B Cleaning insured? Yes. All of our cleaners are covered by public liability insurance.

Which areas do you cover? Our cleaning services are provided across all areas of South London, from Hammersmith and Fulham all the way over to Wimbledon. Please give us a call to see if we cover your postcode.

How far in advance should I book your cleaning services? We would advise you to allow around 5 days from booking to the date of your first cleaning session. If you require an ongoing cleaning service, we will pre-book your following sessions in advance.

How many cleaners will attend my company’s property? Properties are usually serviced by 2 H&B staff; one cleaner and a supervisor.

What if I am not satisfied by the cleaning standards? We are confident in our services and place a high value in customer satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied by our service, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make a return visit completely free of charge.
